This course focuses on the mastering of cooking skills as well as some theory. In the course of the morning a meal will be prepared an served.
Included in this course are all the ingredients of the dishes, recipes and the meal itself. The course will consist of 8 classes, starting 7th March 2009, at 09:00 to 13:00. The following topics will be covered:

• Correct measuring techniques
• Knife skills and vegetables cuts
• Portion control
• Balancing a meal
• Mise –en –place
• Setting of a table
• Plating and garnishing
Practical:
